We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital, with a proven track record of executing complex transactions and delivering value-added financial analysis. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
5-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital, with a focus on financial analysis, modeling, and transaction execution.
Proven expertise in financial modeling techniques and valuation methodologies, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
Strong understanding of capital markets, investment banking concepts, and transaction structures.
Languages: Spanish, advanced English

Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of potential investment opportunities, including financial statement analysis, valuation modeling, and scenario analysis, to assess investment risks and returns.
Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate the financial feasibility and valuation of investment opportunities, utilizing discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis (CCA), and precedent transactions.
Transaction Execution: Play a key role in the execution of investment banking transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and financial restructuring, from inception to completion.
Due Diligence: Lead due diligence processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze financial data, identify key deal issues, and mitigate risks.
Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic financial advice and insights to support their investment objectives and decision-making processes.
Deal Structuring: Assist in structuring and negotiating transaction terms, including pricing, financing options, and deal structures, to optimize value for clients and stakeholders.
Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, leveraging expertise in financial analysis and transaction execution to foster their professional development and growth.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments to identify emerging opportunities and inform investment strategies and recommendations.

Offer:
Gross Monthly Salary Range: MXN $50,000.00 (independent contractor)
Direct report to the CEO & board members
Will be responsible of the Junior Analyst
Hours: From Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
