Requirements

  • Academic Studies: Bachelor’s degree desired but not required. 

  • Proven industry experience with a strong track record.  

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a relevant position.  

  • Familiarity with metrics and KPIs for performance tracking.  

  • Languages: Conversational or higher proficiency in English.  

  • Proficiency in Spanish.  

  • Programs and Tools: No advanced mastery required, but experience with  Google Docs and Google Sheets or similar tools.  

 Responsibilities

1. Inbound Sales: 

- Reach out to leads generated by the marketing team and close deals.

- Conduct sales calls to engage potential customers.

- Follow up with leads to ensure deal closure.

- Measure success by tracking conversions from inbound leads.

2. Contact-to-Sale Chat Conversion: 

- Engage with potential and existing customers via social media to drive signups and revenue.

- Target: Achieve $20,000 in monthly revenue with a current 14% conversion rate.

3. Client Calls:

- Handle inbound sales calls via Google Meet.

- Attend upwards of 20 video calls per week, with up to five calls daily (maximum 30-45 minutes per call).

4. Customer Service: (full training on this is provided)

- Provide first-line customer support.

- Manage tickets, answer customer questions, and coordinate solutions within the company.

- Dedicate 30- 60 minutes per day to customer service tasks using the ticketing system, support email, or social media.

Offer: 

  • Gross Monthly Salary Range: MXN $18,000.00 + commissions 10k first months (contractor)

  • Average monthly commissions: MXN $10,000.00- $30,000.00 

  • Benefits:  law benefits or above law benefits, internet subsidy

  • Direct report: Initially, the person will report to Tom. After six months, they will report to the Marketing and Sales Manager.

  • Hours: 

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (flexible).  

- Flexibility to accommodate one evening call per week.  

- Flexible working arrangements with time tracking, as long as total hours are met.
