Operations and Sales Sr. Manager

 
 

 The Operations and Sales Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer accounts, driving new sales, and ensuring operational efficiency in the asphalt industry. This role requires strong leadership, business development, and relationship management skills to expand the company's market presence and maintain high client satisfaction.

  • Line of business: Manufacture and sale of additives used in the production of asphalt

  • Industry: Additives used in the production and construction of asphalt Infrastructure (highways, streets, roads, ports, airports etc)

Requirements

  • Academic studies:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, a related field. MBA is a plus.

  • Experience:  4-5 years in operations and sales management within the infrastructure or construction industry.

  • Experience managing key customer accounts and business development.

  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.

  • Languages: Bilingual (Spanish and English) – fluent proficiency required.

  • Programs to be mastered: CRM software (Salesforce or similar), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent), Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Requirements: Asphalt experience is a must.  Either through a proven sales and/or operational job history; through either asphalt plants, asphalt pavers or government or agency position dealing with asphalt specifications and awards.  Min 3-5 year history.

 Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize the company's sales and operational strategies.

  • Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales and operations teams to achieve company goals.

  • Coordinate logistics, supply chain, and production planning to ensure smooth execution of projects.

  • Develop and monitor KPIs for sales and operational performance.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

  • Collaborate with senior management to align business strategies with company objectives.

Offer: 

  • Gross Monthly Salary Range: MXN $105,000.00+

  • Hours: 8 hours minimum per work day; minimum 5 work per week (this a trusted full time position and we need to define the role to allow for this classification.  Even though no supervisory employees to start, this position will direct the company under ownership/management guidelines).
