M&A Financial Analyst
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated M&A Financial Analyst with strong accounting background to join our high-performing team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with 3 years of experience in public accounting, audit, or financial reporting to transition into investment banking. The role provides hands-on exposure to financial analysis, modeling, and transaction execution while building foundational skills in deal structuring and valuation. The successful candidate will work closely with senior professionals on diverse projects, gaining insight into high-impact transactions and contributing to the firm's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
Conduct valuation analysis, including financial benchmarking, market research, and multiples-based methodologies.
Assist in preparing materials for market readiness, including detailed financial models and transaction documentation.
Conduct quality control on financial data and collaborate with senior team members on deal execution.
Support due diligence processes by identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
At least 3+ years of experience in public accounting, audit, or financial reporting, with a strong focus on GAAP compliance.
Audit background preferred, emphasizing skills in compliance and financial accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial tools such as Capital IQ is a plus.
Languages: Advanced English and Spanish.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
Offer:
Gross Monthly Salary Range: MXN $26,000.00 + (independent contractor)
