Junior Financial Analyst
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join our high-performing team. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital to gain hands-on experience and develop foundational skills in financial analysis, modeling, and transaction execution. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in finance, investment banking, or related field, with exposure to financial analysis and modeling.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling tools such as Bloomberg or FactSet is a plus.
Languages: Spanish, advanced English
Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis: Assist in conducting financial analysis of potential investment opportunities, including analyzing financial statements, performing valuation modeling, and evaluating investment risks and returns.
Financial Modeling: Support the development of financial models to assess the financial feasibility and valuation of prospective transactions, utilizing Excel and other financial modeling tools.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and support client pitches and presentations.
Due Diligence: Participate in due diligence processes, including gathering and analyzing financial data, preparing due diligence reports, and assisting in the identification of key deal issues.
Documentation: Assist in the preparation of transaction-related documentation, including pitch materials, offering memorandums, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including investment bankers, legal advisors, and clients, to support the execution of transactions and deliver exceptional client service.
Professional Development: Proactively seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in financial analysis, modeling techniques, and investment banking concepts through on-the-job learning and professional development resources.
Ad-hoc Projects: Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management to contribute to the firm's strategic objectives and business development efforts.

Offer:
Gross Monthly Salary Range: MXN $25,000.00 (independent contractor)
Direct report to the CEO & board members
Hours: From Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
